To cherish and love our home
★Please check in according to the number of guests you booked. If the number of guests is not true, we have the right to refuse your check-in!!! Please cooperate!!! (There is a surveillance device at the gate)
Visitors are not allowed to enter and pets are not allowed to stay in the B&B
★ Check-in time is 15:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am. Please do not arrive early or leave late as the room needs to be cleaned. Late check-out is 500/1Hr
★Check in after 15:00 Please inform us half an hour in advance so that we can provide the electronic lock code. Check out before 11:00, please send a message to inform us★Self-service check-in; during the extended stay, no replacement of bedding, sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, etc. is provided. If there is too much garbage, please sort and pack it, put it in the storage space behind the kitchen, notify us, and we will arrange to pick it up. We will not enter the house unless necessary during the stay, please understand★Community-type B&B, the alleys are quiet at night, and the neighbors are all elders, please be sure to comply. After 10 pm, stop barbecue and outdoor activities on the terrace!
Please lower the volume indoors! If you cannot cooperate, want to party all night, or cannot control your behavior after drinking, this is really not suitable for you★No breakfast is provided, the kitchen is open for use, cooking methods with high oil smoke are strictly prohibited, and indoor barbecues are strictly prohibited!!! It will seriously affect the quality of the air conditioning of the entire open space★Except for boiled water and mineral water, please do not eat in the room, drink alcohol on the bed, and drink beverages. If the quilt and sofa are dirty and cannot be cleaned, please be responsible for compensation. Relevant items will be purchased back at the original price!!! ★The B&B provides kitchen equipment, including refrigerator, water dispenser, IH stove, microwave, coffee machine, pots and pans, coffee beans and tea bags for use
Only one kitchen appliance can be used at a time!!! To avoid power outages!!!
★You can use the washing machine. Please inform us before check-in if you need to use it. If you do not inform us in advance, we will not allow you to use the washing machine. Only personal clothes can be washed.

It is strictly forbidden to throw any foreign objects into the toilet, only degradable toilet paper is allowed, but don't throw a large amount of toilet paper to cause blockage!!!
★Free disposable toiletries (toothbrush/toothpaste/razor) and towels are not provided
The new system of the Ministry of Environment will be implemented from January 2015 (accommodation businesses will not be allowed to provide liquid toiletries and skin care products with a volume of less than 180ml, including shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and lotion. In addition, businesses are not allowed to display personal hygiene products for consumers to use freely at the business premises, including combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving foam and shower caps, which are all listed as controlled items)
★Don’t use two high-power-consuming appliances in the same room at the same time, such as using two hair dryers at the same time in the same room; or using a hair dryer while the kettle is heating; only one high-power-consuming appliance can be used at the same time in the kitchen on the first floor!!! Due to the safety design of the current loop load, it is easy to trip and cause danger!!! Please be careful!!!
★Please do not move the furniture in the house at will. If necessary, please inform the housekeeper first and put it back before check-out. If there is any damage, you need to pay for it according to the price.★The floor of the homestay is mainly wood-grained stone-plastic floor. It must avoid moisture. Please do not place bags or containers that leak on the ground. If there is a leak, please wipe it dry as soon as possible.
Things to note
★ Please keep your personal belongings safe. We will not be held responsible for any loss. ★ Before check-in, we have confirmed that all the equipment and supplies provided are in good condition. If you find any abnormalities during check-in, please inform the B&B manager immediately. If you accidentally damage it, please also inform us and we will discuss how to deal with it to avoid any disputes.
★In the mountain and sea environment, please close the doors and windows after turning on the lights at night to avoid the lights attracting mosquitoes to enter the windows and sleep with you!
★Smoking is prohibited in the entire building (including bathrooms). If you violate the relevant accommodation regulations, a high deposit will be deducted! Tobacco products or electronic cigarettes are easily absorbed by the air conditioner. In order to remove the smell of smoke and avoid affecting the next group of guests, the room must be closed if necessary, and a business loss fee of 10,000 yuan will be charged. ★When booking, please confirm whether you agree to the accommodation and refund regulations to avoid possible disputes. The booking process is completed only after the remittance is completed and confirmed.
★According to Article 32 of the B&B Management Regulations, if a B&B operator finds that a guest has any of the following circumstances, he/she should immediately report it to the relevant police station for handling:
1. Suspected of endangering national security. 2. Carrying firearms, dangerous goods or other prohibited items. 3. Using narcotics or other narcotic drugs.
4. Showing signs of suicide or death. 5. Making noise, gambling, or engaging in other acts that disturb public tranquility, public order, and good morals, and refusing to listen to advice.
6. Forcibly staying at a hotel without identity documents or refusing to register for accommodation. 7. Possibly posing a public danger or suspected of other crimes.
If the accommodation has any illegal behavior! We will report it to the police station for handling!!! The B&B reserves the right to ask you to check out and confiscate the room fee for that day!
Cancel reservation
According to the [Standardized Contract (Hotel/Inn/B&B)] issued by the Tourism Bureau, the fee is:
1. If you cancel your reservation 14 days before the scheduled date, you can request the store to refund 100% of the deposit paid, which means that the consumer can get a full refund.
2. If you cancel your reservation 10 to 13 days before the scheduled date, you may request the store to refund 70% of the deposit you have paid, which is 30% of the deposit that the consumer should pay to the store as a handling fee.
3. If you cancel your reservation 7 to 9 days before the scheduled date, you may request the store to refund 50% of the deposit you have paid. In other words, the consumer should pay 50% of the deposit as a handling fee.
4. If you cancel your reservation 4 to 6 days before the scheduled date, you may request the store to refund 40% of the deposit you have paid, which means that the consumer should pay 60% of the deposit as a handling fee.
5. If you cancel your reservation 2 to 3 days before the scheduled date, you may request the store to refund 30% of the deposit you have paid, which means that the consumer should pay 70% of the deposit as a handling fee.
6. If you cancel your reservation 1 day before the scheduled accommodation date, you may request the store to refund 20% of the deposit you have paid, which means that the consumer should pay 80% of the deposit as a handling fee.
7. If the customer fails to show up on the scheduled accommodation date or fails to notify the cancellation of the reservation, the hotel will not refund the entire deposit paid by the customer. The customer will need to pay the entire deposit as a handling fee.
8. In the event of natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes, where transportation is interrupted and the local county government or the government where the traveler is located announces a suspension of work and classes, the deposit can be refunded or retained, but the move-in must be completed within three months, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited without further notice.
